Sue joined the Veitch Penny team as Quality Manager 1996.
Sue’s appointment aided the firm to achieve the prestigious national quality marks – Lexcel and Investors in People, which were first awarded to Veitch Penny in 1998.
Sue has since successfully ensured that the firm has maintained these awards and in 2013, added the Law Society’s Quality Conveyancing Scheme Accreditation to our portfolio.
Her previous experience of working within the banking and business sector has assisted Sue greatly and has enabled her to extend her role within the firm as she is an active member of the management team, who sits on the Risk, Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Committees.
In addition to her role as Quality Manager to ensure the firm’s high service and client care standards are met, Sue is also the firm’s HR Manager. She is responsible for the full range of HR matters from recruitment and selection through to disciplinary and grievance and is the complaints manager.
Outside of work, Sue is a doting Nan to her two grandchildren. She enjoys working in her large garden and relaxing with a book.
