Lexcel

Lexcel is a quality mark awarded by the Law Society to firms who meet its management and customer care standards. Accredited firms undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management. Veitch Penny has held this award since 1998. In September 2000, Veitch Penny was one of four firms in the UK chosen to pilot the new Lexcel Quality Standards, and in August 2001, we became the second firm in the UK to retain the award after a 3-year audit.

Conveyancing Quality Scheme

The Law Society’s “Conveyancing Quality Scheme” (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices and our membership establishes the integrity of our conveyancing and cashiering staff, the firm’s adherence to good practice management standards and adherence to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures.
