Wendy has worked in Exeter for the last 15 years at both a large commercial and a smaller family run firm.
During this time she has gained experience in many sectors of property work including work for Public Sector Clients on major property transactions. She now mainly deals with individual private clients in residential sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold, light commercial purchases, sales and leases and light agricultural sales and purchases and adverse possession claims.
Wendy has acted on a variety of property transactions including the sale of empty church buildings to the purchase of homes for adult assisted living. Wendy has more recently had experience in the transfer of properties between pension funds for commercial clients. She has acted for developers in the purchase of the sites for development and acted for the sale of the plots.
Wendy prides herself on being contactable and always endeavours to communicate well with her clients. She has a pragmatic approach to transactions.
Wendy is a founding member of the Devon Branch of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and often attends school careers days to raise awareness of the Institute of Legal Executives. Wendy is currently working towards her Fellowship with the Institute.
